We provide three years standard warranty against manufacturing defects.
WASHER EXTRACTOR
The programmable Logic Controller and Inventor drive with 24 standard programs storage capacity of 8 cycles each.
Inner basket and outer drum is made up of AISI 304 Stainless steel
Heavy duty self lubrications bearings with shaft balanced and cast iron pulley for longer life.
The machine is soft mount to enable high extractions with strong spring suspensions on top and bottom and shock absorbers.
Tilting feature is available in 110 kg machine
Tumble dryer
The Programmable Logic Controller(PLC) with 5 programs can be programmed includes cycle times, temperature, residual humidity and cooling system.
The machine runs with principle of heat exchange by steam/ Electric/LPG/PNG to completely dry the linen/garments/ towels/gowns/dresses/uniforms etc. that have been washed with effcient blower system.
The Inner Basket is made up of AISI-304 Stainless Steel.
Auto reversing inner basket to prevent all items from tangling and a large door opening for ease of loading and unloading with double belts drive system.
DIESEL BOILER
The Boilers are movable with less space requirement.
The Boilers safe with seven safety mechanisms.
The standard Bentone Industrial Burners can use Diesel/LPG/Piped Natural Gas
FLAT WORK IRONER
The electrical panel comes with digital temperature indicator and digital speed indicator. A variable speed drive for different types of fabrics and reversing of the cylinder are standard.
The machine is covered with glass wool insulation ensure minimum heat losses and increases thermal output significantly.
The machine comes with Nomex imported Polyester feeding and Nomex heating belts do not obsorbs moisture and prevent the transfer of any marks to the items being processed.
The machine with uniform pressure throughout the entire width.

The machines comes with manual controls.
The inner basket, outer drum, control panel and safety guards are made up of SS-304.
The reduction pulley system with fenner belts ensures smooth drive.
Hot forged end Flange shaft made by MS for long life.
.The electrical drain valve-3" ensures automatic release of water and electrical water solenoid valve-1" ensures automatic inlet of water.
The steam & Electric heating systems are available.
Hydro extractor
The inner basket and outer drum are made of SS-304 with direct drive.
The machine comes with door lock mechanism and automatic breaking system to assure a simple and safe operation.
Vaccum Ironing tables
The ironing tables can be used for ironing of all garments, dresses and sarees.
The ironing tables comes with a tray to keep all finished goods
The imported 2128 steam press with teflon shoe gives better finishing of iron.
Automatic eletric steam boiler
The steam boilers are compact, movable and easy to operate.
The steam boilers are fully automatic leads to save power and it is safe with seven safety mechanisms.
The SS heating elements are fixed with thermostat and level controller to protect the heater.
The steam boilers are fixed with softner and feed water tank.
Manual electric steam boilers
Bottle brushing unit
The Brushing unit is used for brush cleaning bottles.
It is assembled on a stainless steel base plate with a Fiber Reinforced Plastic cover.
This cover protects a 1/2 Hp single phase motor i.e. 1440 rpm.
Nylon brushes gives better finishing.
Wet trolley
The laundry trolleys are specially designed to easily transport laundry once it is wet/ dry.
The frame of the trolley is made up of SS-304.
The outer frame is of the trolley is of the width 2"*3" and height 3.5 ft.
The wheels of 6 inch are made up of Nylon for better finishings.
The wet trolley contains a 1/2 inch drain valve.
